I received some great advice from @ChrisTheKiwi.
Take a walk… everyday… outside… rain or shine.
For at least 10 minutes… you will be amazed at how great you will feel.
I try to walk for 1 hour everyday, but 10 minutes is the absolute minimum.
I use my daily walk for:
- Walking Meditation
- Listening to Audiobooks
- Phone Calls
- Listening to Podcast
- Taking time to notice the leave on the trees
- A Walking Meeting
I’ve found when I take a daily walk
- I feel happier
- I think of more creative ideas
- I have more random run ins with people I don’t see often enough
It is when life gets too busy and I skip a few days when I realize the benefits.
