My 30 day Paleo Gut Health Cleanse

When is a “good time” to drastically change your diet with a Paleo Gut Health Cleanse? I can’t think of one either. That’s why today I’m starting a 30 day Cleanse.

I had such great results with my week long inbox Zero challenge that today i decided to keep that momentum going. Today I’m kicking off a 30 Day Strict Paleo Autoimmune / Gut Health Protocol. Foods you CANNOT eat for the next 30 days:

  • Gluten
  • Grains
  • Sugar
  • Legumes
  • Dairy
  • Fruits other than berries & citrus
  • Raw veggies
  • Alcohol
  • Artificial colors and flavors
  • Protein shakes
  • Eggs
  • Nuts
  • Nightshades- potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers
  • Coffee

What you CAN eat:

  • Meat
  • Veggies
  • Acceptable paleo starches
  • Limited fruits

The real challenge I see with this Paleo Gut Health Cleanse is the elimination of coffee. That is going to suck.

The benefits I’m going after is a healthier gut for a raised immune system and to drop weight during my Mullet Man training.

The next 30 days are going to be filled with training for the Mullet Man so why not change up the diet too?
