Inbox Zero Results
The results are in! Over the past seven days I attempted to get to Inbox Zero.
This project started over here Inbox Zero – Snapchat Weekly Goal
Zero unread emails is a place I’ve visited a few times. The last visit had to be over 5 years ago if not longer.
Where I started:
- 105 unread emails
- 220 read but not archived emails
Where I got to:
- 0 unread emails
- 0 red but not archived emails
That’s right, I did it!
Check out that gmail screen shot. I had no idea it existed. 🙂
I can’t tell you how many email list I unsubscribed from. That stat would have been a great one to track.
My next challenge is figuring out a way to keep my clean inbox status.
Are you sitting at inbox zero? How do you maintain it?
If you have an inbox full of old emails you need to get to. Set a date to hit zero unread and then dedicate time to get there. That is the only way I found to work. Join the Inbox Zero club and let me know when you are a member.
Using Snapchat as an accountability tool worked well. Have you joined the Snapchat scene yet?
My next Snapchat challenge will be more difficult and last longer than a week. You will just have to wait and see what it entails.
