Over the past 8 months, I’ve lost over 60 pounds! ⚖️📉
The questions 🤔 I get the most are about specific details. Like what do you eat? How do you cook that? Can you share recipes? what does your workout look like?
These are the wrong questions. They are the wrong questions, because those answers are not uncovering the “how” I’ve done what I’ve done.
The “how” I’ve lost the weight and how I’ve pushed through the scale floor are a result of:
1) behavior changes

Behavior changes are not easy. There are all kinds of approaches. Be prepared to try out a variety of methods before you find one if any that works. If you are able to find one. I find the freakonomics podcast has some good episodes on the topic.
