starting a 60 day fat-loss challenge

Yesterday someone challenged me to a 60 fat-loss contest. I excepted. There is a financial risk if I don’t hit my goal along with a financial reward for meeting my goal.

All the money ends up going to charity. Now it is up to me who pays what amount.

This morning 2014.10.26 I created my plan of attack. I have more I would like to add in a week or two, but for now I want to keep it simple. Some of the action items I already do, but I don’t log to make sure I am consistent. Here is the breakdown

No digital device viewing for one hour before bed.
Take magnesium just before bed
